However, what's missing in this era of disruption is the emotional connection—feeling connected to a team and a leader and building trust within the team. This is where personal branding comes in. Your brand is your concrete expression of your intent in the world. It is the axis from which you lead and the foundation for building trust with others so they can follow. Brand allows for emotional connection.
